By accessing or using FreeGPT ("Service") at freegpthk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

FreeGPT is an AI chat platform that provides access to multiple large language models (including Claude, GPT, DeepSeek, and Gemini). The Service operates on a token-based system where users consume tokens per message sent.

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

The Service uses a virtual token system:
- Earning Tokens: You may earn free tokens by watching advertisements through our reward system.
- Purchasing Tokens: Tokens may be purchased through our payment system (processed by Stripe).
- Token Consumption: Each message consumes tokens based on the model used and response length.
- Non-Refundable: Tokens are non-refundable virtual credits and hold no monetary value outside the Service.
- Expiration: We reserve the right to expire unused tokens after extended periods of account inactivity.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract model weights
- Resell or redistribute Service access
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide.
- AI Outputs: AI-generated responses are provided "as is". We make no claims of ownership over AI outputs, but we also make no guarantees regarding their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
- Service IP: The FreeGPT platform, branding, and interface are our intellectual property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

- AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.
- Model availability may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abusive or fraudulent behavior
- Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining token balance will be forfeited.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
